young woman 28 yrs. old with Lock-in-syndrome.

This story was just forwarded to me by my friend Suzy Everhart Fehlig about a young woman 28 yrs. old with Lock-in-syndrome. Locked-in syndrome is a condition in which a patient is aware and awake but cannot move or communicate verbally due to complete paralysis of nearly all voluntary muscles in the body except for the eyes.

Kirby Walker is a 28-year old woman from Northwest Arkansas who suffered a massive stroke on December 22, 2012. She is in VERY critical condition (Locked-In Syndrome), and desperately needs our love, faith and support. She's a mother to two beautiful baby boys, and a fiance to a wonderful man. Kirby's a third grade teacher who's very dedicated to her students, family, and friends. She is very loved and needed. Please share her story, and keep her in your prayers.
